�������� is now seeking consultation on the draft standard, DR AS 5358.1.1 Photoluminescent exit signage: product specification, installation, and operation.

There will be a 9-week public comment period in which �������� is seeking feedback on the draft standard.

Due to the importance of this kind of signage in directing individuals in emergencies and the large uptake of exit signs across Australia, the responsible technical committee is seeking public feedback specifically in the areas of:

• high illuminance signs;
• service life; and
• minimum luminance for green areas of signs.
